Beach House has unique amenities such as a freshwater swimming pool overlooking the beach, a grill and four private bedrooms with individual bathrooms that give you privacy along with beachfront access to local adventures and activities. Beach House includes a gourmet kitchen fully equipped for on-site cooking. With its sleek stainless steel and marble breakfast bar, the kitchen gives off an air of modernity. Wicker, sleek glass windows and modern art adorn this villa, allowing for a feeling of open space. Your living area opens up onto a patio directly on the beach, with beautiful lounge chairs and an outdoor dining area, creating a perfect balance between indoor and outdoor.

Four fabulous bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan and TV. Enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom. Fine linens and accoutrements give way to ultimate rest and relaxation.

Playa del Carmen is distinct among Yucatan beach towns both culturally and commercially. • This destination may be affected by the Seaweed Surge impacting many Caribbean destinations. Luxury Retreats and/or the Host’s responsibility extends solely to the immediate premises of the rented Property, and that no compensation will be considered in relation to limitation in the experience of the destination that may come as a consequence to the Seaweed Surge or with the local cleaning efforts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
