From its Instagram-ready pink walls to its charming sections of thatched roof, Casa Buena Suerte is a feast for the eyes. Its living and dining rooms are bold and beautiful, filled with details like striped fabric, unique artwork and marble-topped tables. There’s a well-equipped kitchen on the villa’s main level, as well as a smaller kitchen upstairs.

There are five bedrooms in the villa’s main house and one in a honeymoon-worthy beachfront palapa suite. All five have king beds, private en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, and many have sleeper sofas in case extra accommodations are needed.

Set off from the shore in front of Casa Buena Suerte and into the waters of Soliman Bay in the three provided kayaks. If you’re setting off by car instead, it’s a 15-minute drive or less into downtown Tulum, where you’ll find another beach, restaurants and a grocery store, and a 20-minute drive to the nearest golf course. Don’t miss the chance to tour the area’s famed Mayan ruins overlooking the ocean and the jungle.

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• The Main House has 5 Bedrooms which can accommodate 10 Guests. Additional Guest are welcome for an additional $500 per guest, per week for up to a maximum of 14 guests.
• Main House plus Palapa Guest House has 6 Bedrooms which can accommodate 12 Guests. Additional Guest are welcome for an additional $500 per guest, per week for up to a maximum of 17 guests.
• This destination is currently affected by the Seaweed Surge impacting many Caribbean destinations. Luxury Retreats and/or the Host’s responsibility extends solely to the immediate premises of the rented Property, and that no compensation will be considered in relation to limitation in the experience of the destination that may come as a consequence to the Seaweed Surge or with the local cleaning efforts.
• An administration fee of 150 Euros will be charged if extra expenses are not settled on-site.
• Weddings are accepted with a maximum of 35 guests.
• Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred.

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
