Within the high thatched ceiling of the main living area, you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating, a formal dining area, wet bar, and large openings to the terrace in every direction. Filling interior spaces with fresh ocean air is a breeze. The kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinetry, and plenty of functional countertop workspace. Prepare meals yourself, or, bring in one of the resorts private chefs and waiter service.

Whether you’re in the mood for a quiet night in, or an exciting beachfront social event, Casa Fortuna has you covered. The home theatre is great for a movie night with the family. The terrace is perfect for hosting. Alfresco dining, furnished outdoor living areas, a beautiful gazebo, swimming pool, and hot tub make great social spaces for large groups. You’ll also enjoy access to the resorts beach clubs, tennis courts, fitness facility, and golf courses.

Each of Fortuna’s six private casita bedrooms feature king or queen sized beds, ensuite bathrooms with dual vanities, and air conditioning. The master has a lounge area, walk-in closet, alfresco shower, kitchenette, and direct access to the pool. And, there’s additional bedding in the den, if needed. Located on a peninsula with two security gates and no public beach access, the estate is is very private and extremely secure.

For easy exploration of the resort grounds, golf cart rental is encouraged. In just a few minutes drive from Fortuna, you’ll find Bahia and Pacifico Golf Courses and the boutique shops and restaurants of Punta Mita.

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• No more than 16 people (12 adults & 4 children) may occupy the property at any time. Guests 12 years of age or older will be considered adults. In the event that the total number of Guests exceeds the maximum occupancy, the renter shall pay $ 500.00 USD per person per night and must obtain written permission from the Host. No campers, mobile homes or RVs are allowed at the property.
• Services include daily housekeeping, on-site grounds keeper, concierge services from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. There is 24 hour security at La Punta gate. Access to Punta Mita Amenities corresponding to Premiere Golf Membership.
• There is a $3000 USD food and beverage deposit that will be credited towards consumption. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 125 days

• Cancel up to 125 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 125 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
