With accommodations for twenty-two, beachfront access, and an incredible amount of luxurious indoor/outdoor spaces, Casa Koko is perfect for a large scale family vacation, golf trip with friends, or corporate retreat. All nine bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, lounge areas are designed with space for the whole group in mind, and there are several well crafted little nooks to easily find privacy when desired. And, Koko’s views of the ocean, mountains, and golf course are unparalleled.

Koko is located on the Punta Mita Peninsula at the same latitude as the Hawaiian islands, so you can expect near perfect weather all year. Taking that into consideration, architects designed Koko to merge seamlessly from inside to out, with numerous windows and openings to promote the flow of fresh ocean breeze, natural sunlight, and relaxed vacationers. The decor is exactly what you would hope for on a beachfront property. Raw, exposed wood and stone are the structural components, while hay roofing and lush palm trees provide shade and protection. There are several lounge spaces inside, decorated with designer furniture, stained wood, and neutral, relaxing textures. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a chef, waiter, and bartender to take care of your group. And, there’s also a state of the art fitness room, media room, and spa.

At meal times there are several options. Both inside and outside have a space suitable for eighteen guests, as well as a fourteen person breakfast lounge, and numerous smaller settings surrounding the main areas. On the terrace, guests will love the infinity pool and hot tub, sun loungers, sand terrace fire pit, hammocks, and amazing ocean view. There are also three housekeepers on site and shuttle service to help make your stay even more comfortable.

Take a ten minute drive using the two, supplied, golf carts and you’ll find tennis courts, golf courses, and three beach clubs, all within the resort’s gated property. For some off-resort exploration, Puerto Vallarta is about an hour drive down the coast.
