The grounds of this oceanfront vacation rental are dotted with large palm trees and fragrant bougainvillea. A carpet of green grass blankets the outdoor spaces around the swimming pool that seems to float above the beach. The manicured lawn extends to an elevated lookout where lounge chairs and a gas fire pit provide the perfect spot to relax under the stars and listen to the waves. Inside, you will find a home entertainment unit with an iPod dock, Wi-Fi and a ping pong table as well as a bar and an office space. Your reservation also includes housekeeping and security.

Inspired by the enchanting medieval chateaus of Provence, Casa Koll Estate features sand-colored stone walls, intricate wrought iron fixtures, exquisite woodwork and elegant decor. Fire-lit torches cast a glow across the terrace and add to the authentic character. Reclaimed materials have been used to enhance Koll’s picturesque beauty, including roof tiles from a 19th century Veracruz hacienda and antique floor tiles from an Andalusian estate. Indoors, the Old World aesthetic continues in Koll’s great room, where a traditional fireplace extends up to the spectacular wood herringbone ceiling.

Eight bedrooms with direct terrace or balcony access are spread out across two separate buildings, Casa Koll and Casa Roca. This estate accommodate up to sixteen guests in supreme comfort and style with individual color schemes in each chamber. The master suite features a jetted tub and a lounge.

At the nearby One&Only Palmilla Hotel, guests can enjoy fine dining, indulgent spa treatments and fabulous boutiques. Walk along the soft, sand beaches, swim in the calm waters of the bay or catch a glimpse of a gray whale.
