For additional access, guests must purchase a Four Season’s day pass. This day pass includes one Four Season’s hotel room for the day for up to 4 guests (approx. $255 USD, for up to 4 people) or, two Four Season’s hotel rooms for over 4 guests (approx. $510 USD, for more than 4 people).

ST REGIS ACCESS:

Facilities available to all guests at Casa Majani (additional fees apply, please enquire with your villa specialist for details):

• REMEDE SPA: Reservations required. Full service spa
• RESTAURANTS: Sea Breeze, the Beach Club Restaurant, is open for lunch and dinner (in low season it is also open for breakfast). The St. Regis Spa is open to the public.

For additional access, guests much purchase a day pass. If guests would like to use the pool and the kid’s club at the St Regis, they must purchase a day pass. Day passes-approx. $30 Adult, $20 child (ages 4-12). Day passes at the St. Regis allow guests access to the pool and kid’s program. St.Regis Kid’s Club, $25 per day for children ages 5-12.

HOUSE RULES

General rules

• Children over 6 years are welcome.
• No pets allowed

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00PM and check out by 11:00AM

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• A maximum of 12 adults plus 2 children are welcome. Additional Guests are welcome for a fee of $150 per person, per night.
• Children over 6 years old are welcome. A maximum of 8 children are permitted.
• Mexican law now requires that the primary Guest submit a photocopy of their passport, profession and home address at the time of booking.
• Entertaining a large number of extra Guests requires additional staffing and advance planning to maintain a superior level of service. We request that these guidelines are followed when planning celebrations, meals, and poolside gatherings involving outside Guests. Make arrangements with the property manager and notify the staff at least 48 hours in advance of the gathering. The staff at the villa is able to service the house rental maximum at no extra charge. This does not include actual food costs.
• For any larger groups, additional staff will be required. There will be a $50 per extra person service charge per meal, up to 20 people maximum. This does not include the actual food costs.
• For an event in which you will have between 20 and 30 total Guests, a $3,000 USD non-refundable event fee will apply. Between 30 and 50 Guests, a $5,000 USD non-refundable event fee will apply.
• A schedule of your event including date, time, number of Guests and catering company must be submitted to the property manager at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
• The Hosts of Casa Majani request that they approve your choice of event planner/catering company for such an event.
• Professional event coordinators can be supplied. The staff at Casa Majani is also able to plan and cater events.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
