Casa Reposada is a spectacular five-bedroom home within the Encanto de la Laguna community in Los Cabos, just steps from the beach and six miles from downtown San José del Cabo. Built in a vintage colonial style with terracotta roof tile, luminous white facades, and rich natural wood accents, the villa comprises 3,970 square feet of interior living space and 3,000 square feet of outdoor terraces with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.

Multiple alfresco lounges and dining tables invite you to enchanting days and evenings in the Pacific breeze. On the lower terrace, savor a delicious soak in the elevated hot tub and plunge into the sparkling pool. Sunbathe in the brilliant light and withdraw into the shaded pavilion for afternoon tapas and cocktails. Kindle the fire pit in the evening and warm your bellies with classic Mexican refreshments. A lovely spiral staircase leads to the upper terrace, which offers a second fire pit, dining table, and privileged ocean views.

Pocket doors fuse the pool terrace with the villa’s interior, inhaling the ocean breeze into the home. The open-concept living area includes an ample sofa facing a mounted TV, a beautiful rustic table, and a gourmet kitchen with a long bar seating six.
