Cenote del Mar’s beachfront terrace is the perfect place for group gatherings. The Guest acknowledges that Luxury Retreats and/or the Host’s responsibility extends solely to the immediate premises of the rented Property, and that no compensation will be considered in relation to limitation in the experience of the destination that may come as a consequence to the Seaweed Surge or with the local cleaning efforts.
• Guests shall be quiet and peaceful, particularly after 10:00 PM.
• Only authorized and registered Guests are allowed on the property and at the villa.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
