Mexican colonial architecture makes use of features like large openings to outdoor spaces, columns, archways, and ornate wrought iron fixtures to create a grand, luxurious atmosphere. Bright pastels are used to compliment the elegant surroundings with a lighthearted playfulness, the perfect tone for a beach vacation. The lounge spaces are decorated in vibrant Mexican fashion. Custom made furniture, designed for large groups, is available throughout the interior lounge spaces, providing guests with numerous social settings, or the ability to find solitude when desired. The estate’s multiple kitchen’s and dining areas are all fully equipped with modern high end appliances, plenty of formal seating space, and everything else your guests will need.

With Fatima beach just steps away, guests will love the ease of access to beachfront activities. Sun loungers, kayaks, and paddle boards are readily available for beach fun. Each of the separate villas have their own swimming pools, outdoor sound systems, alfresco dining areas, and furnished outdoor living spaces. And, the Mágica villa has a full sized private tennis court. Inside, features like games rooms, billiard tables, ping pong, and video game consoles will keep guests entertained for hours.

The Riviera Maya area is well known for its beautiful coral reef system just off the coast. A hot spot for snorkeling, diving, and other aquatic activities, this stretch of the Yucatan Peninsula is an absolutely gorgeous environment, ready to be explored. • All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Children over the age of 3 are considered in the Guest count.
• Reservations must be from Saturday to Saturday. Different arrival days may be possible.
• Corazon Magica del Mar Estate is rented with a minimum of 39 suites, excluding holiday weeks. Fewer bedrooms may be possible.
• Only registered guests staying at Corazon Magica del Mar Estate, Puerto Aventuras are permitted on the property.
• Weddings and social events allowed upon request and with a maximum of 250 Guests and at an extra cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
