Taking its name from its beautiful rooftop of natural wood (which looks like a kite from above), the two-floor home gracefully fuses interior and exterior living spaces. A round-edged infinity swimming pool hovers above the lush foliage, featuring a 5.5-horsepower current system, while the lower deck is nestled amid vibrant gardens, its lounge surrounding the ample hot tub. Perched beside the pool, the indoor/outdoor dining table enjoys views enchanting sea views.

The open-concept interior boasts a large living room and gourmet kitchen with a large, crescent-shaped bar. The inspiring décor balances fine natural materials, a sea-infused palette, and a vibrant modern elegance illuminated by abundant natural light. Advanced smart home technology includes an alarm system, and the villa features air conditioning in every room.

Three of the suites at Kite House offer exquisite private havens for adult travelers or couples, with king beds, deluxe ensuite bathrooms, and outdoor living areas (one of which includes a plunge pool). The fourth bedroom features a flexible layout with a retractable king-size bed (which can fold up into the wall), two sofa beds, and two double-size beds in the mezzanine loft. Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• The beaches in this destination may be affected by seaweed. Luxury Retreats and/or the Host’s responsibility extends solely to the immediate premises of the rented Property, and that no compensation will be considered in relation to limitation in the experience of the destination that may come as a consequence of a seaweed surge or associated local cleaning efforts.
• A mandatory advanced provisioning allowance of $1000 per week is required.
• Additional Guests are welcome at an additional charge of $100USD per person, per night.
• Weddings and social events accepted with a maximum of 35 guests.
• A 7 night minimum is required for Christmas bookings.
• A 14 night minimum is required for New Year’s Eve bookings.
• Children are welcome, however, please note that the house is not recommended for children. Children must be under constant supervision, and are under parents’ full responsibility for their own safety, and for eventual damages to the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
