One of our favorite villas in Barbados for guests seeking easy access to the beach and excellent snorkeling opportunities, this home in Fitts Village is spacious enough for a group getaway. An ideal destination for travelers pursuing sun, culture, fine dining and shopping, the island of Barbados offers a vacation like no other.

Spend time wandering through the villa’s landscaped grounds while listening to the sounds of soft waves crashing onto the sand. Then lounge on one of the sun chairs before taking a dip in the plunge pool. Later, challenge a loved one to a game of pool in the games room located on the lower level of the villa, here you’ll also find a foosball table and a flatscreen TV. The friendly staff includes a cook and housekeeper to help ensure sure your stay is as hassle-free as possible.

The interior of the home has been renovated and features exquisite hardwood flooring and high-end finishes throughout. The open-air living area boasts white and blue furniture, tile flooring and exceptional sea and sunset views. The dining room opens to the terrace and features a beautiful table with a chandelier hanging high above from its soaring ceiling. The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and includes a marble-topped island and custom cabinetry.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in its five bedrooms and children are welcome here. Four bedrooms are located on the upper level—the master suite includes a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and separate shower, while the lower level’s room boasts a king size bed. All bedrooms are well appointed and feature air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.

Located directly on the beach, you are steps from excellent snorkeling opportunities. The villa also includes two kayaks for those looking to spend some time out exploring the shores.

• Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM and check out by 12:00PM

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Guests will be charged a late departure fee if they have not vacated the property according to their reservation specifications.
• Early arrivals may be requested. If an early arrival is available, a half day’s rate applies for an arrival between noon and 3:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies before noon.
• Late departures may be requested. If a late departure is available, a half day’s rate applies for a departure between 2:00 PM-5:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies after 5:00 PM.
• Should the staff members be necessary after 8:30 PM, a fee will be billed to Guest for this service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
