Phoenix is a fabulous waterfront villa at Tryall Club on Jamaica’s north coast, named by Condé Nast as one of the top resort destinations the world. The villa is situated within a short walk of the resort’s beach club and championship golf course, while its private estate features a beautiful swimming pool, ample alfresco living and dining areas, and fabulous snorkeling from its shoreline. Seven king bedroom suites offer superb accommodations to multiple couples, destination wedding guests, and large families.

The villa’s stunning design features two wings flanking a lovely circular freshwater pool in the central courtyard. Both wings enjoy sandy beach patios bordering the water, from which guests are invited to snorkel in the luminous, reef-rich waters. Elegant lounge chairs invite you to bask in the Caribbean sun, while a beautiful casuarina tree casts soothing shade on your afternoon idylls. The ample, wraparound veranda offers a vintage Jamaican atmosphere for alfresco meals and sunset cocktails.

The heart of the home is the vaulted living room. Lovely French doors open to the veranda, while a broad threshold leads to the arched gallery and pool terrace. This superb design allows the home to breathe the ocean air as you gather together in the beautifully furnished lounge. A Sonos sound system infuses the space with your favorite tunes.

There are four bedrooms in the East Wing and three in the West Wing, with a master suite on each side. Each of the seven bedrooms features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fan, and any of the king beds can be converted to two twins upon request.

The villa is located on Country Club Drive East and enjoys one of the finest locations within the Tryall. You can walk to the beach club, golf course, and driving range, or take the villa’s golf carts to the fitness center, tennis courts, spa facilities, market—and much more. The 2,200-acre resort also features a vintage 19th-century Great House with a wonderful restaurant. Montego Bay is a short drive away, and you’re within easy reach of Sangster International Airport.

Additional rules

• Security deposit is collected at arrival for an amount of $1000.00 USD.
• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in
• Tryall Club requires all guests 16 years old and older to join the club as temporary members. There is a charge of USD $130.00 per person, per week (or USD $26.00 per person per day for shorter stays) added to your account for your visit. Tryall will provide you with a membership card and hope you will use and enjoy all of the facilities of the club at your convenience. Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. You can pay the membership dues at the Great House Front Desk upon check-in. All major credit cards are accepted. A service charge will apply to the Temporary Membership Dues as well as additional services such as Green Fees, cart rental, and tennis court rental.
