The home boasts a large terrace and pool deck surrounded by manicured tropical gardens and panoramic sea views. The large pool blends naturally into the surrounding gardens and is the perfect spot to cool down. Take a stroll through the almost two acres of landscaped grounds that feature many sitting areas. A large outdoor living room boasts a soaring ceiling, stunning sea views and comes outfitted with comfortable sofas and chairs..
Inside, this home has been beautifully decorated with warm tones complemented by well-chosen furnishings—plus it doesn’t hurt that there are stunning views from most of the rooms. The main living space features an open-concept design with a large living room, high ceilings, and plush furniture under a lovely chandelier. There’s also a flatscreen TV in this space for a bit of downtime indoors. Have your meals outside in the alfresco dining room where you can enjoy a wonderful meal prepared by the staff chef.
Up to 10 guests can comfortably sleep in this home’s five furnished bedrooms—two are found in a separate cottage. The three well-appointed rooms in the main house include a private en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower, while the larger bedroom in the cottage boasts a jacuzzi tub.
The villa is located in the heart of Sandy Lane Estate, meaning you will be nearby all the amenities offered by the Golf Club as well as the various water sports available at the Sandy Lane Beach. Plus, it’s a short three-minute drive to Holetown, where you’ll find an array of restaurants and shops.

- All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
- Please note that over and above the rental fee, the Guest will be charged a late departure fee if they have not vacated the property according to their reservation specifications.
- Early arrivals may be requested. If an early arrival is available, a half day’s rate applies for an arrival between noon and 3:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies before noon.
- Late departures may be requested. If a late departure is available, a half day’s rate applies for a departure between 2:00 PM-5:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies after 5:00 PM.
- Should the staff member be necessary after 8:30 PM, a fee will be billed to Guest for this service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refundable 95 days
- Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
