Located in the private development of Reeds House, this two-bedroom condo is just steps away from the beach and offers views of the water from every room, making it one of our top Barbados vacation rentals. Known as “Little England,” the island of Barbados combines British charm and Caribbean flair and is a popular gateway for visitors looking for sun, tranquil waters and vibrant nightlife.
This villa is on the ground floor, giving you direct access to the development’s garden and beach. Enjoy a soak in the spa pool that’s surrounded by tropical gardens, and then later indulge with a cool drink in the lounge area on the terrace—there’s a wet bar and fridge available. In the evening, dine outdoors on the patio, where you’ll still have views of the pool and beach. Also included in your stay are the services of a maid, while a cook can be provided for an extra fee.
From the terrace, step into the home where you’ll find a charming, open-design space, complete with colorful, printed sofas and island-inspired artwork in the living room. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen has all the tools you need to craft a home-cooked meal, as well as a microwave, toaster, and blender for evening cocktails.
There are two bedrooms in this condo, making it an ideal getaway for up to four guests (children welcome). Both suites are individually decorated and feature air conditioning, ceiling fans and marble en-suite bathrooms and have access to the outdoors. The master suite has a king size bed, double vanity and large tub, while the guest room includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king.
You can’t get much closer to the beach, and the beautiful shores of Reeds Bay make for a perfect place to lounge on the sand and sunbathe, of course, you can also snorkel in its crystal clear waters or try out some new water sports. Avid golfers can head to the Sandy Lane course that’s just a 15-minute drive away.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Firm 95 days
- Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
