This stunning villa north of Tulum is situated directly on a pristine beach, famed as a nesting ground for marine turtles. Perched within a gated and guarded community, the villa offers exquisite seclusion along one of the most beautiful stretches of the Maya Riviera, just minutes from Cenote Azul, Xel-Ha Park, and spectacular ancient ruins. The vintage colonial-style home features expansive outdoor living areas (including a fabulous roof deck), high-end amenities for dining and entertainment, and breathtaking sea views from virtually every living area. Four superb bedrooms including a separate casita offer ideal accommodations for families, multiple couples, and destination wedding guests. Complimentary services at Turtle Heart Villa include housekeeping, a concierge, and security, with numerous other services available at extra cost.

The villa’s pool terrace is cloistered amid lush gardens, forming a serene oasis for basking in the sunlight or the dappled shade of swaying palms. The wrap-around veranda features sitting areas and alfresco dining, while a small staircase leads to the beach’s white sands. The roof deck seems to hover above the sea, with ample floor space, banquette seating, and sun beds, and panoramic vistas.

The main interior living area opens to the sea-facing veranda, enjoying beautiful views and soothing breezes. Its gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade appliances and serves a lovely dining table for eight, while the lounge forms an enchanting setting for evening cocktails. The upper level of the home includes a TV lounge accompanied by a superb bar.

All of the bedrooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, safes, TVs, and ocean views, and all open to a terrace or balcony. The main house features three superb king suites, each with its own unique name and character, while the casita includes a queen bed, private balcony, and fully equipped kitchen. There are two additional twin beds in the exercise room.

The villa is just five minutes by car from the famed ruins of Tulum, and a about ten minutes to the wonderful Xel-Ha Park, while the sublime Cenote Azul and renowned Riviera Maya Golf Course are both about twenty minutes away. Guests are advised that the roads are rustic around Turtle Heart Villa, so a 4×4 car is recommended.
