HOUSE RULES

General rules

• No pets allowed
• No smoking
• Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM and check out by 12:00PM

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Additional Guests are welcome upon request and at additional fees. Only 4 unregistered guests permitted for short visits and are not permitted overnight. An Event is defined as more than 5 unregistered Guests and an event fee equal to one nights rent plus an additional Security Deposit applies.
• Bachelor, bachelorette, and spring break groups are strictly prohibited.
• There is a minimum 7-night stay over each holiday. Christmas week must depart on or before December 28th. New Years week must arrive on or later than December 27th.
• Due to the compliance with California drought regulations being enforced, misters and fountains at our rental properties are not being used at this time. Landscape watering is limited to 3 times a week, in consideration of requested water restrictions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
