Built on the peak of Pedregal’s exclusive hillside community, this nine bedroom luxury villa is in the perfect position to enjoy panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. With so much space, Cielos is great for a large family get together, corporate retreat, or an intimate wedding ceremony.

With accommodations for eighteen, Cielos has something fun for everyone. The games room, theatre, and bar are great places to relax with friends. The massive amount of outdoor space is where you’ll want to spend most of your time. Boasting not one, but two infinity pools, the two-tiered terrace provides aquatic comfort and an incredible view of the ocean.  Plenty of outdoor lounging space, dining areas, a wet bar, and fire pits make the terrace an oasis of endless possibilities.

An elegant indoor fountain with grand staircases on either side of the foyer welcomes guests, hinting at the luxuries within. Vaulted wood-beamed ceilings open the space of living room and dining area; while the fireplace and comfy couches give the living room a warm cozy feel. Throughout the villa you’ll find unique wood furniture, vibrantly colored floor coverings, and art inspired by the natural surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with top of the line appliances. The dining room features a beautiful solid wood table with an antique-style chandelier.

The nine bedrooms are all identical in their features. King sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, dual vanity, television, and a private terrace make it easy for everyone to have their own master bedroom. As well, each bedroom has its own unique ocean view.

At night, while you’re on the terrace, you can see the bright lights of the boutique shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife of Cabo San Lucas. Just minutes away from the villa, it’s a great place to go for a night on the town.

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Guests must sign an additional contract on site upon arrival.
• Bachelor and bachelorette groups are strictly prohibited.
• A list of Guest names must be provided in writing at the time of booking and only those approved Guests will be permitted at the property.
• No outside vendors are permitted unless approved at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
