Set on a rise overlooking the Sea of Cortez in the Cabo del Sol community, the villa pairs Tuscan-inspired architecture with stunning ocean views and outdoor living spaces made for soaking up the Cabo sun. Six suite-style bedrooms, including one in a casita and several with separate entrances, guarantee comfort and privacy during your stay.

Choose between relaxing in the shade or lounging in the sun on the wide ocean-facing terrace at Villa de Los Faros. Have a swim in the infinity pool, a soak in the jetted tub, or a meal from the gas barbecue. An al-fresco dining area, palapa with built-in seating and a firepit make the terrace just as attractive in the evenings as it is during the day. If you’d rather head inside, the house has a satellite TV, cozy gas fireplace and Internet access.

Though the villa’s tiled roof, stone walls, arched windows and columned loggia are reminiscent of traditional Tuscan estates, an open-plan layout and modern furniture add contemporary flair. Stretching out under charming exposed ceiling beams, the sitting and dining areas in the great room feature comfortable roll-arm sofas and chairs backed by bold artwork and an inviting round glass-topped table with fresh tufted chartreuse dining chairs. The fully equipped kitchen pairs traditional columns with a modern breakfast bar.

There are four bedrooms in the main house at Villa de Los Faros and one in a separate casita; all five have en-suite bathrooms. In the main house, each bedroom has balcony access and ocean views. There are four bedrooms with king beds, two of which have separate entrances, and one additional room with four bunk beds, which also has its own entrance. The casita has one bedroom with a queen bed, as well as its own kitchen.

Your stay at Villa de Los Faros begins with a transfer from Los Cabos International Airport, a 22-mile drive away. Pack your swimsuits for Tabasco Beach, 6.5 miles away, or Médano Beach, 7 miles away, or your racquets for Canchas de Tenis, just under 8 miles away, or Tennis Club Pedregal, 8 miles away. The villa is located along the Cabo del Sol Ocean Golf Course, but you can also head to Cabo Real Golf Club, 8 miles away, for a round or two. Plan to spend an afternoon or evening exploring downtown Cabo San Lucas, 7 miles away, Land’s End, 8 miles away, Cabo del Sol, 8.5 miles away, or San Jose del Cabo, 15 miles away.

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• No smoking permitted inside the property.
• No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized. Event fees may apply if approved.
• Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. Renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group and the reason for stay.
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm-10am.
• 7 night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays a 14 night minimum is required.
• High School/College spring break groups not permitted.
• Maximum 12 guests. Extra charge of $50 per person per night up to 14 guests.
