Absolutely everything at Land’s End is focused towards the ocean, and with so many different social areas, you’re sure to love the view from wherever the night takes you. Lounging by the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or dinner by the fire after preparing a local delicacy in the outdoor kitchen – in such a perfect climate it’s easy to spend all your time outdoors. Moving inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, wet bar, games room, and an exercise room.

The vertically focused design of Land’s End ensures that this hillside villa has access to as much of the ocean view as possible. Sharp lines, large windows and tranquil earth tones exude a sophisticated yet relaxing vibe, great for hosting a dinner party or cozying up on the couch for a movie with the family. The kitchen is stocked with top of the line appliances, has plenty of counter top work space, and the open concept design makes it a great space for socializing.

There are two master bedrooms at Land’s End. Both feature king sized beds, full ensuite bathrooms, their own private terraces, and beautiful ocean views. The other five bedrooms all have queen sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are decorated with colorful accent walls, wood flooring, and ocean inspired artwork.

Just a few minutes away from Land’s End you’ll find the vibrant downtown area of Cabo San Lucas. Beautiful oceanfront restaurants, boutique shops, and exciting nightlife are all close by. If you feel like getting out into nature, there are plenty of beaches within a few kilometers of the villa, or maybe book a round at Cabo Real Golf Club.

General rules

• Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM and check out by 11:00AM

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• No smoking permitted inside the property.
• No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized. Event fees may apply if approved.
• Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. Renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group and the reason for stay.
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm-10am.
• 7 night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays a 14 night minimum is required.
• High School/College spring break groups not permitted.
• Maximum of 14 guests. Extra charge of $200 per person per night up to 16 guests.
