Nearby, you’ll find tennis and fitness facilities, local restaurants, golf, and beautiful beachfront, all within a short drive.

Villa Marbella displays the vibrant atmosphere of Mexico with its earthy terracotta flooring, colourful tile accents, and plenty of lush tropical plants placed throughout the estate. The living room, lounge, dining area, and kitchen open to the ocean-view balcony, inviting fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight to fill the interior spaces. Marbella’s open concept design makes it easy for the group to gather as one, and the seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas promotes an exciting social atmosphere when hosting. All eight of Marbella’s bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and six of them come with en-suite bathrooms.

No matter what your night has in store, Villa Marbella is the perfect host. If you’re planning a quiet evening in, relax on the balcony, gazing upon the ocean view from a lounge chair. If the mood is a little more raucous, turn up the sound system and challenge a friend to a game of billiards in the games room. If you’re traveling with children, Marbella comes with baby equipment, and the older kids will love the infinity swimming pool.

The two nearest beaches to Villa Marbella are Playa Conchas Chinas and Los Muertos Beach, both just a few minutes from home. If you’re looking for a slightly quieter spot to lay your towel, Conchas Chinas is a better bet. Los Muertos Beach is perfect for snorkelling, family swimming, and there are plenty of hotel bars and restaurants lining the sandy shore.

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• A 10% gratuity fee must be paid in advance for all Guest bookings during spring break.
• During the Holiday Season, this villa is available on a minimum one week, Saturday to Saturday basis. Christmas week must depart on or before December 28th. New Years week must arrive on or later than December 27th.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
