This splendid property is perfectly situated in Santa Carmela, a private gated community in beautiful Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico. Villa Renata was featured on the front cover of Florida Design Magazine in the summer of 2014 due to its impressive location and interior design.

The house also has a separate maid’s quarters with a full bathroom and there’s secure parking for up to four cars.

Villa Renata owner Ilda Ledesma collaborated with designer Adriana Hoyos to create a vivid home environment. Throughout a career that spans over 25 years and more than numerous interior design projects, Adriana has created a versatile portfolio of residential, commercial and hospitality projects around the world. The seven bedrooms can cater for up to fourteen guests and all are en-suite with four of the seven boasting captivating ocean views. Three of the bedrooms enjoy king sized beds, two have queen beds and the other bedrooms are fitted with twin beds. 

Driving out of your gated community, you’ll find Cabo San Lucas to be the nearest hub with many options for dining out, nightlife and shopping. If you’re feeling sporty, there are golf and tennis clubs a short drive away. If relaxing on the beach is more your thing, you have the choice of two excellent beaches – Tabasco and Médano – both less than 9km away from your vacation home. Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is just less than 40km from Villa Renata.

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Maximum 12 guests.
• If a guest decides to hire an external chef a fee of $150 USD per day will be charged.
• Loud noises and music after 10:30 PM will be subject to response by Santa Carmela Security which may result in penalties up to and including rental termination.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Moderate 30 days

• Cancel up to 30 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 30 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
