Your stay at Villa Saasil begins with a one-time airport transfer and includes the services of a concierge, housekeeper and a chef upon arrival. This private retreat features outdoor living areas with a pool, plenty of loungers, a shaded dining area and a barbecue, all overlooking the golf course. High-tech amenities include a TV, DVD player and iPod dock.

At the center of the villa is an L-shaped great room with unique glass walls and a brick ceiling. Settle in on the generous sectional or around the dining table, or perch in a wicker seat at the breakfast bar in the well-equipped kitchen. For your comfort and convenience, there is air conditioning, ceiling fans and laundry facilities.

Villa Saasil has two bedrooms with king beds, including a honeymoon-worthy master suite that opens to a balcony with a jetted tub, one bedroom with a queen bed, and two bedrooms with two double beds each. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and satellite TV.

From the villa, it’s a 4-minute walk to the nearest convenience store, a 6-minute walk to the spa and a 20-minute walk to the golf course clubhouse. You can also take the provided bikes for a ride into the Quinta Avenida area of Playa del Carmen, a long pedestrian-friendly street where you’ll find an array of shops and restaurants. Or make the 15-minute drive to the beach and stretch out on sugary sand next to clear turquoise waters.

Luxury Retreats and/or the Host’s responsibility extends solely to the immediate premises of the rented Property, and that no compensation will be considered in relation to limitation in the experience of the destination that may come as a consequence to the Seaweed Surge or with the local cleaning efforts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
