Ocean views, contemporary style and several levels of outdoor living make Villa Sebastian a memorable place to spend a family vacation or romantic getaway. Set on a rise overlooking the Sea of Cortez in the exclusive Pedregal community, the villa is just minutes from the beach, tennis and downtown Cabo San Lucas. Inviting terraces that follow the slope of the hill and three suite-style bedrooms make the brand-new property spacious and comfortable, both outdoors and in.

Though there’s no shortage of deck and balcony space from which to watch the sea, the main attraction is the heated pool and jetted tub on the terrace. In between swims, relax on one of the chaise longues on the pool deck or on the shaded built-in sectional. On one side of the pool there’s an al-fresco shower; on the other, you’ll find an outdoor kitchen area with a gas barbecue and a dining area under a palapa. In the evenings, you can switch on the sound system to set the mood, or head inside to gather around the satellite TV or share photos of the day via Wi-Fi.

The living areas at Villa Sebastian are open and airy, but multiple levels create plenty of private spaces for reading, napping or chatting. The living room and media room have matching built-in sectionals with palm-print upholstery and colorful cushions, but the two rooms are separated by stairs. The dining room seats eight in contemporary style at a glass-topped table with ocean views, and there’s additional seating at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped modern kitchen.

Each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower, ocean views, and access to a balcony. The master suite has a king bed, and the other two bedrooms each have two double beds that can be combined to form king beds if desired. Painted in earthy shades of ochre and terracotta and furnished with dark wood, the bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, and hammocks on the balconies add further enticement to relax.

The Pedregal community is a 29-mile drive from Los Cabos International Airport. Once you’ve arrived at Villa Sebastian, you’re just 2 miles from Tabasco Beach and 4 miles from Médano Beach. Practice your footwork at Tennis Club Pedregal, less than a quarter-mile away, or Canchas de Tenis, 1 mile away, and perfect your swing at Cabo Real Golf Club, 14.5 miles away. It’s worth driving the 1.5 miles to Land’s End, the 4 miles to Cabo del Sol and the 21 miles to San Jose del Cabo. Don’t miss the dining and nightlife in Cabo San Lucas, just under 2 miles from the villa by car.

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• No smoking permitted inside the property.
• No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized. Event fees may apply if approved.
• Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. Renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group and the reason for stay.
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm-10am.
• 7 night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays a 14 night minimum is required.
• High School/College spring break groups not permitted.
• Maximum 7 guests.
