Let your cares slip away at Villa Tranquilidad. Part of the exclusive Puerto Los Cabos community, the beachfront villa puts you close to sun and sand, award-winning golf, the quaint center of San Jose del Cabo and the famous nightlife of Cabo San Lucas. Refined modern architecture, beautifully appointed outdoor living spaces and seven suite-style bedrooms, including one in a separate casita, provide ample room and opportunity to find inner peace.

Fold-away glass walls and shady palapas blur the line between indoors and out, creating breezy, inviting living spaces perfect for entertaining and relaxing alike. The wide terrace, which stretches the width of the villa, is bookended by lounging and dining areas, with a row of lounge chairs in between. The only thing between you and the beach is the heated infinity pool and jetted tub. In the evenings, a gas barbecue and firepit tempt you to stay outside past sunset, and an outdoor sound system and TV mean there’s hardly any need to go indoors—though if you do, there’s a wet bar, home theater and fitness room.

With its courtyard layout, tiled roof, earth tones and exposed-beam ceilings, Villa Tranquilidad nods to traditional Mexican style. Its clean-lined rooms and furnishings, however, are all modern. Walls and floors in the same elegant taupe form a serene backdrop for contemporary pieces like a gray sectional or long dark-wood dining table and chairs. Paneled cabinets in the fully equipped kitchen keep to the restrained palette, but a blue tile backsplash is a more exuberant touch.

There are six bedrooms in the main house at Villa Tranquilidad—four downstairs and two upstairs–and one in each of the casita’s. All eight bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and access to a terrace or balcony. On the main house’s lower level, there are two master suites with king beds, jetted tubs and ocean views, and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional suites with king beds, jetted tubs and ocean views. 

Not only is the villa located on Puerto Los Cabos Beach, it affords guests access to the pool, spa, fitness center and bar at Puerto Los Cabos Beach Club. If you’d like to explore other beaches in the area, make the drive to Tabasco Beach or Médano Beach, both about 24 miles away. Don’t miss towns and attractions like San Jose del Cabo, 6 miles away, Cabo San Lucas, 25 miles away, Land’s End, 26 miles away, or Cabo del Sol, 27 miles away. Active guests can play tennis at Canchas de Tenis, 5 miles away, or Tennis Club Pedregal, 26 miles away, or golf at Cabo Real Golf Club, 13 miles away. At the end of your stay, plan on a 13-mile drive from Villa Tranquilidad to Los Cabos International Airport.

• Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. Renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group and the reason for stay.
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm-10am.
• 7 night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays a 14 night minimum is required.
• High School/College spring break groups not permitted.
• Maximum of 16 guests. Extra charge of $175 per person per night up to 20 guests.
