• Check-in is anytime after 4:00PM and check out by 11:00AM

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• No more than 8 Guests may occupy the property at any time. Guests 12 years of age or older will be considered adults.
• In the event that the total number of Guests exceeds the maximum occupancy, the renter shall pay $300.00 USD per person, per night and must obtain written permission from the Host. No campers, mobile homes or RVs are allowed at the property.
• Pets are accepted with a fee of $200 USD.
• Services include daily housekeeping, on-site grounds keeper, and concierge services from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. 24 Hour Security at La Punta gate. Access to Punta Mita Amenities corresponding to Premiere Golf Membership.
• There is a food and beverage deposit of $1000 USD that will be credited towards consumption.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 125 days

• Cancel up to 125 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 125 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
